Welfare Program Evaluation Unit

The duty of the Welfare Program Evaluation Unit is to establish, diffuse, and to evaluate an efficient intervention program for welfare by utilizing theory and practice of program evaluation, a method well renowned in Europe and the United States, in order to meet the various needs.

The needs for welfare support are diverse; the disabled, families, children, the elderly, adolescents, local regions, poverty, crime and law, all pertain to welfare in one way or the other. However, in comparison with other personal supports, such as medical support, it must be said that the practical and efficient method of intervention in the field of social welfare is underdeveloped. One of the reasons for this is a lack of methodology to structure and diffuse an efficient support program.

We strive to develop and deliver efficient social welfare programs drawn from evidence-based practices and evidence-based social care.
