International Seminar on Social Welfare in Asia and the Pacific Rim 2023
今年度は、下記の通り、環太平洋セミナーを実施いたします。皆様のご参加を心からお待ちしております。
This year, the Pacific Rim Seminar will be held as follows.We sincerely look forward to your participation.
－危機の世界における社会福祉実践者の働き、役割と未来－
COVID-19、さらに戦争とそれに続く経済不安で、世界の国々で暮らす人々の命が脅かされ、人々がその人らしく生きることのできる根幹が揺らいでいる。この不透明な危機の時代において、人々の生を支えていくために、社会福祉、とりわけソーシャルワークに何ができるのか。
特に子ども福祉や権利擁護に焦点を当て、各国のこれまでの取り組みや課題を共有し、アジアにおけるこれからの子ども家庭領域におけるソーシャルワーク、社会福祉の在り方について考える。
－The Role and Future of Social Welfare Practitioners during a Global Crisis－
The COVID-19 pandemic, the war in Ukraine, as well as the economic instability that follows these are threatening the lives of people and shaking the foundations of their livelihoods in all countries around the world.This seminar examines what social welfare and social work in particular can do to support the lives of people in this complicated era of crisis.
With a focus on child welfare and rights advocacy specifically, the seminar aims to share about recent measures and challenges in each participating country and to consider the future of Asian social work in the field of child and family welfare.
